JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Coordinator of Talent Marketing supports how Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) attracts talent by managing the organization, approval, and documentation of recruitment marketing materials. Serving as a brand ambassador for Talent Acquisition, this role helps ensure employer brand and recruitment assets are accurately tracked, approved, and maintained in alignment with branding and governance standards. By supporting core talent marketing, reporting, and operational workflows, the Senior Coordinator enables Talent Acquisition teams to focus on hiring while ensuring materials, trackers, and documentation are organized, accessible, and ready to support recruitment initiatives through consistent, task-based execution.
