Job Title Contract Lease Operator (Night) Compensation $32/hr Location Mansfield Field Office – Haynesville Schedule 7on/7off Wednesday to Wednesday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM: 12-hour shifts Target Start Date 06/01/2026 Scope Main Functions: - Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule and ensure locations are clean and properly maintained - Monitor production equipment including wellheads, separation vessels, compressors, generators, pumping units, and meters - Manage daily fluid production and analyze operational issues - Work closely with foreman, production techs, engineers, and other personnel to troubleshoot production and equipment issues - Operate and maintain artificial lift systems - Communicate regularly with production foreman, production techs, and relief operators - Perform all duties in accordance with Expand Energy Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines Qualifications: - Ability to work and communicate effectively with co-workers, contractors, and vendors - Ability to read and understand gauges, meters, and operating indicators - Mechanical aptitude with routine maintenance on production equipment including pressure regulators, dump valves, and level...
