Product Manager COA Library & Assets: Barcelona, Spain - Home-based: The Product Manager – COA Library & Assets is responsible for the governance, delivery, and lifecycle management of client‑specific Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) libraries within IQVIA’s COA Accelerator (COAA) ecosystem. This role owns the definition, composition, and maintenance of curated COA libraries for clients, ensuring that all instruments, versions, translations, and usage rights are accurate, compliant, and fit for reuse across studies. The role acts as the primary point of accountability for COA library content, working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, governed COA assets that support study design, execution, and regulatory readiness.
