Industrial Engineer (Entry level) Company: The Boeing Company The Industrial Engineering team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Entry Level Industrial Engineers (Level 1) to join our growing team located in either Everett, Renton, Seattle, or Auburn, Washington, USA locations. The ideal candidate will apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives. Position Overview: As a member of our Industrial Engineering organization, you will be responsible for supporting a production team or organization directly integrated with the Boeing Production System. Typical entry- and associate-level roles include analyzing performance to daily schedules or orders, learning and improving the production processes, reducing or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues, utilizing root cause and trend analysis to drive improvements to quality defects, and the reduction of non-value added work to improve cost and flow.
