The primary function of the Benefit Specialist is to administer MHC’s employee benefit programs and respond to questions related to employee benefits. In addition, the Benefit Specialist is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to all MHC locations on various employee benefits. This position is fully in office 5 days a week in Leawood, KS. - Administers employee benefit programs including the health insurance plans, prescription drug programs, dental plan, vision plan, profit sharing plan, voluntary term life insurance plan, short-term and long-term disability plans, employee assistance program, flexible spending account plan, health savings account plan and credit union. - Responds to inquiries regarding employee benefits. - Functions as a liaison with employees and benefit ven...
