Position Highlights: - Position: Assessment Specialist I - Location: LOH-Edward Naperville - Full Time - Hours: 1:00pm-11:30pm or 2:00pm-12:30am What you will do: - Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews. - Collect and analyze relevant patient information, including medical history, social factors, and environmental factors. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate accurate diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations. - Establish rapport with patients and their families to create a supportive and therapeutic environment. - Communicate assessment findings and treatment recommendations effectively and empathetically. - Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, evaluations, and patient interactions in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations. - Prepare concise and comprehensive assessment...
