We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to operate our SMETCO pallet sorting machine and contribute to a fast-paced, supportive work environment. What You’ll Do: - Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade. - Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed. - May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “Clean as You Go” practices. - Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift. - Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team. - Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
