Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities: and providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution - All field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings - Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. - Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. - Handles targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
