About the team At Market Risk Management team (MRM), we focus on addressing risks that emerge between global safety frameworks and the regional political, regulatory, and cultural realities of individual markets. By combining market-level data, our market expertise and cross-functional insights, we develop tailored strategies to manage Trust & Safety risk, protect users, and help ensure that global safety approaches remain effective across diverse markets. About the role: Our Market Risk Management team identifies and qualifies risks in our regional communities, collaborating cross-functionally to address and prevent potential emerging risks. As a Program Manager, you will ensure that our policies, programes and systems work together to protect users and prevent abuse across our many features in the West & Central Africa. You will provide critical market-level expertise, improving safety and driving strategic direction to foster trust within and outside the Trust and Safety department.
