Mission Overview: Keystone Solutions is seeking an Innovation Specialist (junior to mid-level) for a consultancy mission with a leading HR services group headquartered in Belgium and active across multiple European countries. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work embedded with the client—on-site and hybrid—to translate ideas into experiments, prototypes, and concrete solutions faster. You will perform all responsibilities described below as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working closely with the client’s teams. The client supports entrepreneurs, employers, and employees across the full lifecycle of work and entrepreneurship: from social secretariat/social fund to prevention and wellbeing, through insurance and consultancy.
