As a Support Services Specialist at Community Health Systems (CHS) - Shared Services Center, you’ll play a vital role in quality healthcare, building enduring relationships with our patients, and providing value for the people and communities we serve. Our team members enjoy a robust benefits package including: The Support Services Specialist maintains procedural standards for a multitude of processes in both host systems while ensuring Internal Audit Guidelines are being met, guided by Accounts Receivable Leadership and the objectives of the SSC. The position serves as a support liaison between internal users, vendors, and the Information Systems/Technology department and investigates and identifies the root cause of moderately complex user, application, and hardware issues. This position's goals are met through professional communication, confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
