About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Help Desk professional to join our People & Culture team on a part‑time basis (25 hours across five days per week). This role plays a key part in supporting the employee experience by delivering timely, accurate, and high‑quality HR support. Acting as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR queries and general enquiries, you will provide guidance on day‑to‑day people matters while ensuring consistency, compliance, and accuracy across HR processes. Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, you will also support a range of administrative activities that are essential to the smooth running of the function. This opportunity would suit someone seeking a flexible, part‑time role (typically 9:00am – 2:30pm, with some flexibility), who enjoys working in a collaborative, service‑driven environment.
