The Gift/Merchandise Team Lead should have ability to manage store personnel, protect quality, and promote customer service. Gift/Merchandise Team Leaders typically work late afternoon and evening shifts including most weekends and holidays. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to: $21 / hour Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point Of Sale and transaction devices Reconcile multiple shift reports: Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner Assign and inspect elements listed on shift duty list Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws as they apply to retail sales and general employment matters Assure safety rules and regulations are implemented and followed Ability to work on the store’s busiest days Ability to work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night Maintain Regular and prompt attendance: Effectively and e...
