Job description

The following position is to serve as a Senior Manager as part of DENSO’s North America Production Control Engineering (NAPCE) department. NAPCE serves DENSO’s North America Group Companies in support of Production Control & Logistics operations and systems. Position Responsibilities: Responsible Process Improvement & Training: - Oversee operations analysis to identify areas where the user and/or system can be improved. Identify best practices for standard jobs in North America with a focus to strengthen weak areas. - Identify training opportunities and system improvements required to share the best practice across DENSO North American plants. - Create and maintain user documentation (e.g. user manuals, training documents, etc.) for North America Production Control and Logistics operations and systems. - Conduct user training to improve user knowledge and maximize the users’ ability to effectively use the systems and processes.
