Assist the Director of Clinical Services by providing clinical supervision for Clinicians, Clinical Coordinators at Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA. Collaborate with fellow program and campus leadership to provide support, guidance, and training to clinical and milieu staff. Collaborate internally with referral review teams to support the screening and interviewing processes at the above programs to ensure a steady flow of eligible youth to these programs. Oversee services and treatment plans of the youth and their families to ensure they are high quality and are consistent with the goals of the program, the Home’s overall approach to treatment and the youth’s treatment needs. How You'll Be Making a Difference - Assist the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing the intake and discharge process and ensure all appropriate paperwork and all data entry is completed and delivered in a timely, efficient manner for Southeast Campus and The COVE School programs.
