The production manager is responsible for the management of the production and pre-assembly lines ensuring correct product and people management between the lines ensuring assigned targets for safety, quality, efficiency and productivity. The production manager is responsible to ensure right people management in production to maximize efficiency and quality in respect of specific assembly lines and product (ex.
