Responsibilities / Tasks GEA Group Ltd operates within the industrial sector of the refrigeration industry, specialising in heavy commercial refrigeration plant systems. This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced engineer currently working with industrial refrigeration plant with an Ammonia qualification. This is a field-based role within a growing team of Service Engineers, offering strong technical exposure and career progression opportunities. Report directly to the Service Manager. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. Service and maintain heavy commercial refrigeration equipment and Ammonia plant, including package chillers Maintain a strong customer-focused approach throughout all processes, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. Primarily maintenance-based, while responding to reactive service calls when required. Support the Service Manager in resolving technical issues and reducing repetitive service calls in a timely manner. Promote system improvements and modifications to customers to enhance operational performance. Provide technical support to apprentices and customers.
