Essential Functions: - Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationship and team building. - Ensures accuracy and timeliness of patient laboratory test results. Performs procedures efficiently and as indicated in the procedure manual with minimal supervision and within the required turn-around-time without compromising quality.
