Senior Real Estate Analyst

Job description

The Senior Real Estate Analyst will assist General Managers and the Resident Success Team in gathering and analyzing resident lease data to enable better optimization of company real estate assets. Data sources will be both internal and external. Managing monthly resident rent escalations and ensuring timely, accurate updates to internal systems. - Drafting resident lease agreements and amendments on behalf of General Managers and Resident Success Managers as needed. - Conducting market research and analyzing market comparables to support the evaluation of potential growth opportunities. - Overseeing the monthly process for resident lease data across EMEA and Canada locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with regional requirements. - Assisting with square footage audits and related data verification activities. - Maintaining a high standard of data accuracy, documentation quality, and operational reliability. - Partnering with cross-functional teams to support special projects and strategic initiatives. - Providing operational and administrative support to the Vice President and Director of Resident Success.
