As a key team member of Stretch Zone Franchising, the Office Coordinator duties and responsibilities include: - Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Support corporate staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication - Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - Maintain contact lists - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Develop and maintain a filing system - Order Supplies - Book travel arrangements - Provide general support to visitors - Provide information by answering questions and requests - Handle multiple projects simultaneously - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and etc. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven admin or assistant experience - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent tim...
