Description We’re looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale Cynet’s organization across the US. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is driven by ownership, speed, and excellence. In this role, you will own end-to-end hiring and play a critical part in shaping how we attract, engage, and hire top talent. What will you do: - Own full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles (GTM, Tech & Product), with full accountability for outcomes, quality, and candidate experience. - Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers - defining role profiles, challenging assumptions, and driving high-quality hiring decisions. - Build and manage strong talent pipelines from scratch using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean, AI tools, outbound campaigns). - Drive data-informed hiring by tracking funnel performance, identifying gaps, and continuously improving processes. - Operate with speed and focus, balancing urgency with thoughtful and high-quality decision-making. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Peopl...
