VP of Strategy and Operations Wilmington, DE or Remote-U.S. Monday to Friday: CSC Corptax delivers trusted enterprise tax solutions for U.S. and global compliance, provision and planning. Our single tax system centralizes tax data and workflows, combining AI-informed automation and analytics for accuracy, control, and insight that supports business strategy. We are looking for a VP-level strategic operator to serve as a close thought partner to the President. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: helping shape the agenda, translating direction into clear priorities, and driving follow-through across the leadership team and the broader organization. You will build and run the operating rhythm that keeps the business aligned—annual and quarterly planning, metrics/OKRs, portfolio visibility, and decision forums that surface trade-offs early. You will also partner with functional leaders to improve how we operate, incorporate AI, automation, and analytics to create leverage across the operating model.
