The Opportunity The Paint Line Manager will provide Technical and Supervisory support and oversight for 2 Powder Coat Paint Line operations within the Manhattan manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for optimizing Paint Department performance, as it relates to safety, quality, delivery and efficiency. This position will serve as the primary caretaker of all Paint Line processes and equipment. This position will partner with the Maintenance Manager to facilitate the scheduling, coordination, and completion of all maintenance activity associated with the Paint Line. This position is responsible for the execution of all production activity associated with the Paint Line. All Paint Line hourly personnel will report directly to this position and the PME will have all supervisory responsibility associated with said Employees.
