ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools (without supervision) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements - Ensure Quality Standards are met - Move materials using hand carts and/or pallet jack - Basic computer skills - Pressure washing - Shop clean up - Able to complete forklift training and safely operate a forklift - Perform all welding tasks with a variety of equipment - Weld plastic (roofs/panels) - Perform all cutting operations utilizing all standard shop equipment - Fabricate from a drawing and/or verbal instructions with limited supervision - Safely rig materials for lifting - Adhere to all safety policies and perform all tasks in a safe manner including adherence to provincial regulations - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned - High School diploma or equivalent - 3-5 years’ experience in construction, building trades or assembly - Ability to read and understand English is required for provincial safety regulations - Possess a current valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties; ability to apply these skills to unit...
