Position: Quality Manager – Federal Construction Location: Fort Hood, TX: Project Type: Large-Scale Federal Construction Program Job Summary: The Quality Manager provides leadership, coordination, and technical expertise across all quality-related functions for a major federal construction project. This role oversees daily quality operations, ensuring all work complies with federal contract requirements, applicable codes, and organizational standards. The Quality Manager develops, implements, and administers project-specific quality policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure consistent execution and full compliance throughout all phases of construction.
