This position will oversee the following functions related to the Training Programs for the Resident and Touring Shows. Technical Services Training and Intern Advisor will: - Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and various other databases for Resident and Touring shows; Create classes, enter data, and update information; Setup new employee accounts, reset passwords, and enroll employees in classes; - Assign Resident Show technicians to attend required Instructor Lead and Online Training Programs; - Assist Touring show Technical Management with assigning technicians to attend required Instructor Lead and Online Training Programs; - Generate reports, as needed, regarding health, safety, and skills training; - Arrange training with providers, process Invoices, make the nec...
