Work Shift: Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)830a-5p, FT I. Position Summary: Provides professional nursing care under supervision for assigned patients according to established standards and practice. Participates as a team member of the clinical interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate resources to all internal/external customers. Responsible for carrying out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of Houston Healthcare. II. Qualifications: A. Education & Training: Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing. B. Experience: None. Residency or Fellowship programs may apply depending on department and experience. C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current US state LPN license with authorization to practice in the state of GA. Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. Completion of the Rhythm Interpretation Course CLEP test or classroom course or obtained within 3 months. D. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must be able to utilize standard office equipment.
