Kendal at Hanover is seeking Baylor RN/LPN/LNAs. The employees in this role provide residents living in the independent setting or assisted living facility with quality care by providing support within the guidelines of established practice and acts appropriately within the scope of their role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: RN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - Completes comprehensive assessments of residents as needed to monitor health status, acute changes and appropriate care interventions in required time frames. - Responds to pendant alarms or emergency calls in a timely fashion; assesses the resident’s condition, contacts the medical provider or arranges for hospital transfer as appropriate. - Provides complete instructions for medication regimen and assessing resident’s comprehension of his or her medication schedule, as required for discharge planning. - Assures quality of care by direct observation and resident visits to ensure nursing care plan followed medications and treatments administered in accordance with MD/NP orders.
