Job Description: The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the daily leadership and execution of Shipping, Receiving, Cycle Counting, and Order Picking operations, ensuring alignment to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role drives continuous improvement across the Sun Prairie supply chain by identifying best practices and implementing process enhancements within warehouse operations, planning systems, and internal plant workflows to consistently meet customer demand. Additionally, the Inventory Supervisor leads and executes multiple moderate to highly complex materials and supply chain initiatives, supporting operational efficiency and performance improvement. Due to the cross-functional nature of the role, this position partners closely with stakeholders across the organization and operates in both office and manufacturing environments.
