Job Description Performance Excellence Practitioner - Harvard, IL Position Summary: The Performance Excellence Practitioner drives implementation of the ADM’s Performance Excellence System (PE) across a TPM pillar framework consisting of: Safety, Quality, Environment, Proactive Maintenance, Daily Equipment Care, Focused Improvement, Continuous Colleague Development, Workplace Organization, Material and Information Flow, Early Equipment Management, and New Product and Technologies. This position will be focused on driving improvements in revenue and driving costs out of the business through the development of efficient processes and eliminating non-valued added activities utilizing a zero-loss mindset. This position will work closely with our manufacturing plant teams, operations directors, and functional leaders to drive loss elimination.
