Employee Relations Manager LOCATION: Blytheville - Arkansas - USA Purpose: Plans, directs and controls the activities related to Human Resources Management for the mill locations and provides personnel administration services. Main Responsibilities: Supervises the proper management of legal/labor issues related to personnel acting as liaison between the company and lawyers.Ensures an appropriate personnel administration ensuring legal compliance in areas such as EEO reporting, Affirmative Action, VETS-100 and FLSA.
