As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a critical part of the community's success, ensuring high-quality living conditions and a welcoming atmosphere for residents. Your primary responsibilities include completing apartment make-readies, performing general maintenance, pool inspections, ground and trash patrol and responding to service requests. A strong focus on quality work and customer service is essential to excel in this role. Qualifications: Apartment Turnovers & Make-Readies: - Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting repairs, painting, and ensuring each unit meets high standards before move-in. - Inspect and troubleshoot issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, repairing as needed. General Maintenance & Work Orders: - Respond promptly to resident requests for maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. - Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the community's facilities, including grounds, pressure washing, lighting, and other areas.
