The Senior Legal Counsel - Government and Commercial Contracts is responsible for supporting the Legal Services Group and various lines of business within the organization with a primary focus on federal, state and local government contracting matters. This role provides legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of contractual issues, including customer, vendor, partner agreements, across multiple business lines, as well as procurement issues, government compliance and audit support.
