We are seeking a Space and Occupancy Manager to join our Portfolio Management team, reporting to the local Portfolio Planning Lead. In this role you will support the planning of existing Netflix offices, contribute to the development of space programming for new Netflix locations, and track changes in workplace occupancy across Netflix’s evolving real estate portfolio in the EMEA region. The Portfolio Management team is a strategic partner to the business. As part of Netflix’s Enterprise Operations team, we plan, execute, and implement real estate and spatial solutions to support Netflix's rapid growth and evolving needs as the business continues to expand worldwide.
