The Position We are seeking an experienced, industry-savvy Product Specialist to serve as a go-to expert for our professional contractor and retail customer base. This elevated role goes well beyond standard customer service, you'll be a trusted advisor who draws on deep product knowledge to guide customers through complex material selections, project planning, and design decisions. In this position, you'll play a central role in daily store operations, driving sales through expert consultation, and building lasting relationships with our professional clients.
