KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance & Reliability Leadership: ◦ Equipment uptime ◦ Mean time between failure (MTBF) ◦ Mean time to repair (MTTR) - Own and drive plant-wide maintenance strategy, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs - Establish and continuously improve PM systems, work order execution, and spare parts strategy Drive measurable improvements in: - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions (PCA) for major downtime events - Build a data-driven maintenance organization with strong KPI tracking and accountability Facilities & Infrastructure: -...
