Essential Job Functions: Manages all areas of Food & Beverage operations to ensure operating areas are managed effectively and efficiently. Responsible for oversight and successfully operating Food and Beverage operations measured through Total Service and EOS / SFS scores Ensures highest degree of customer satisfaction for each food and beverage outlet. Analyzes and evaluates food and beverage operations, and profit and loss statement information to determine alternate courses of action. Must be able to able to work successfully with a variety of diverse team members throughout the property. Leads and coordinates efforts with Marketing and other departments to ensure support of Food and Beverage operations through promotions, advertising, or other related means. Attend numerous management meetings while being an active participant. Monitors legal compliance with federal, state, gaming, company and departmental laws and regulations. Assists in planning and developing menus and respective pricing structures. Institutes cost control procedures and standards of performance. Responsible for drafting timely capital requests.
