The Bridge is a community‑minded, not‑for‑profit organisation supporting people with disability and those facing disadvantage across south‑eastern and northern Melbourne. We’re practical, hands‑on, and committed to making a genuine difference in people’s lives. As our Level 2 Technical Support Officer , you’ll play a key role behind the scenes — keeping our staff connected, our systems running smoothly, and our teams equipped to deliver life‑changing support. If you’re a reliable tech all‑rounder who enjoys solving problems and helping people do their best work, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do: - Resolve escalated hardware, software, application, and network issues. - Support Windows (primary), limited macOS, and basic Linux environments. - Troubleshoot networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, connectivity). - Support Microsoft 365, email, and core business apps. - Deploy and maintain end‑user devices and software. - Configure and maintain systems, assist with upgrades, patches, and new tech rollouts. - Manage user accounts and access permissions. - Handle tickets within SLAs, document fixes, and escalate when needed. - Maintain documentation and share knowledge with Level 1 staff. - Pro...
