This role can be based remote within the U.S. Responsibilities: Provide support and counsel to leadership regarding executive compensation-related items, including coordination of executive benchmarking, pay recommendations, and executive transactions Lead the annual executive compensation planning process for salary, short-term incentive and long-term incentive programs Oversee executive compensation-related vendor relationships and executive compensation programs.
