QA Survey Technician

Job description

The role: At Mach9, QA Survey Technicians are the domain experts who ensure our platform works the way real surveyors and engineers expect it to. You'll work directly with product and engineering to validate feature extraction accuracy, stress-test new workflows against real-world datasets, and make sure what we ship reflects how the industry actually works. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on surveying or CAD experience who wants to shape software the whole industry will use -- and can tell us clearly when it's wrong. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing -- catching what engineers miss, providing structured feedback, and helping us demonstrate our capabilities to customers in plain, credible language.
