Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Power Platforms Developer Journeyman to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and sustain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) to meet ARNG G6 operational, analytics, and automation needs. - Build secure, scalable applications, workflows, and dashboards integrating enterprise data sources, service management tools, and Microsoft 365/Azure services across NIPRNet/SIPRNet. - Implement ALM/DevOps practices for solution lifecycle: source control, solution packaging, deployment pipelines, testing, and release management. - Embed governance, security, DLP, RBAC, and audit/logging controls into Power Platform solutions to meet compliance and operational requirements. - Develop automation that streamlines incident tracking, change management, capacity monitoring, and reporting to support 24/7 enterprise operations. - Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation. - Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to coordinate d...
