General Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Molder to join our steel foundry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality molds used in steel casting operations, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the manufacturing process. This role demands technical expertise in machining, blueprint interpretation, and CNC operations, along with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Essential Duties: I.
