Job description

As a Senior Insurance Property and Casualty Underwriter, you will play a critical role in the underwriting support process for renewal business applications and new business opportunities within the small to mid-market segment. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products—including auto, property, general liability, workers' compensation, and Excess/Umbrella to assess risk, develop competitive pricing, and lead underwriting initiatives. This position entails mentoring junior underwriters, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to strategic decision-making in underwriting policies.
