Logistics & Transportation Supervisor 📍 Honor Foods | Philadelphia, PA | Honor Foods is looking for a Transportation & Logistics Supervisor to help lead our daily distribution operations. This role supervises drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators while ensuring deliveries, freight movement, and customer shipments are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. This position is ideal for someone with experience in transportation, logistics, or warehouse distribution who enjoys leading teams, solving operational challenges, and improving processes in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Transportation Operations: - Supervise drivers, dispatchers, and logistics team members - Monitor delivery routes, schedules, and driver productivity - Ensure routes are completed safely and on time - Coordinate truck maintenance and operational issues - Work closely with warehouse teams to support daily deliveries Logistics & Freight Coordination: - Plan and coordinate outbound shipments and freight - Review shipping documents such as bills of lading and shipping notices - Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams - Track freight costs and identify opportunities for effic...
