Job description

International Account Executive is responsible for developing our Ocean/Air and Import/Export customer accounts by acting as a liaison between Licensed Customs Brokers, agents, Ocean/Air Terminal Operators, and customers. This includes preparing quotes and all necessary shipping documentation for customers and overseas agents, coordinating the routing of import and export bookings, dispatching pickups, and tracking and tracing shipments. International Account Executive I responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents Coordinate the routing of import and export bookings with airline and ocean carriers Support the development of existing and new customers Collaborate and build relationships with customers, carriers, and agent representatives regarding air, ocean, import, and export products Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to international bookings and process all import/export documentation to clearing agents to include: (HAWB’s, MAWB’s, AES’s, Manifest, Shipping Instructions, Haz Cargo Decl., Bill of Ladings, and Certificate of Origin, etc.) Disp...
