Camp is a special place, and one that we hope you can return to year after year Compensation: Contracted weekly rate: $680-$720: About the Job: Teen Camp Counselors will be assigned to a group (bunk) of teenage campers (7th-9th grade). Counselors will manage the daily routine and activities for their group. As a group leader and facilitator, Teen Camp Counselors are responsible for the day-to-day programming of the group, with support from the Youth & Teen Manager and JCamps administration. Teen Camp Counselors are responsible for building relationships with and engaging campers in their care and executing the programmatic goals of camp.
