The Opportunity: We're looking for a talented and motivated Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our Wildflower Kitchen. Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and craft alongside a passionate team in a world-class environment. What You'll Be Doing: - Preparing, producing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes with consistency in taste and appearance - Supporting stock control, food ordering and maintaining market lists - Assisting in the upkeep of kitchen standard operating procedures - Controlling costs through minimising spoilage, managing inventory and practising portion control - Maintaining HACCP standards and all food safety and hygiene requirements - Keeping all equipment, machinery and utensils clean and in good working order - Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen environment and suppor...
