Overview Element has an opportunity for a Lead Metallurgical Engineer. This role will provide technical assistance within the metallurgical laboratory, with focus on quality, standardization, and continuous improvement. Primary responsibilities will include project management and to provide consultation services in the field of aerospace metallurgy. The ideal candidate will be a subject-matter expert in metallurgy, material testing, and aerospace alloys. Salary: $85k-120k/yr DOE: Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain client contact for the purposes of market/account development, understanding customers’ needs, building personal relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a professional consulting image.• Review technical documents and to construct a suitable scope of work.
