Heavy Machinery Operator Location: Morgan City, Louisiana Pay: $32.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours per week) Work Environment: On-site Employment Type: Contract About the Role: Heavy Machinery Operators to support the safe operation, testing, and readiness of large-scale mining vehicles. In this role, you will operate and inspect 20-ton mining vehicles while assisting engineering teams by providing feedback that helps improve vehicle performance and safety. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced with heavy equipment. Candidates should be comfortable operating large vehicles for extended periods and open to working with advanced vehicle technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate 20-ton mining vehicles and other fleet equipment - Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete DVIRs - Report maintenance issues or performance concerns promptly - Assist engineering teams by providing written and verbal feedback on vehicle systems - Maintain high safety and compliance standards at all times - Travel up to 50% to support field operations and testing as required - Support additional operational tasks when...
