Job DetailsJob Location: DevCo US Construction - Bellevue, WA 98004Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Salary/yearAbout the Position DevCo US Construction is hiring for a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Bellevue, WA (Hybrid schedule - one day WFH and one flex day in the field per week)! The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role as part of our results-oriented Construction Department. The APM will assist in the planning, design, and construction of low income housing tax credit multifamily construction projects, while working in a team environment. The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Management team by coordinating with other internal and external business partners, including, but not limited to: development, procurement, estimating, legal, accounting, brand services, IT, property management, architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants. This role will support project execution from preconstruction through closeout while helping deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with DevCo quality standards.
